[RESULTS] Belgian success in Spain

Two 4* and four 3* were taking place this weekend in the jumping world. In Vejer de la Frontera (ESP), Alain Cloet‘s Sea Coast Kashmira Z gave Gudrun Patteet the final victory in the jump-off of the Grand Prix, beating her fellow countryman Jérôme Guery riding Jose Alfredo Hernandez Ortega‘s Grupo Prom Diego. In Coapexpan (MEX), Carlos Perez‘ Trebon de la Nutria finally won the Grand Prix under Carlos Rodolfo Molina’s saddle, few hundredth faster than Federico Fernandez‘ Gaudi ridden by Paula Amilibia. In Wellington (USA), Bertram Allen let guns do the talking in the 3* Grand Prix on Saturday night. He rode Martin Egan‘s Castlefield Vegas to the victory through a 18 starters jump-off…!

Back to Europe for the penultimate week of the Vilamoura Atlantic Tour and another 3* Grand Prix. Lily Attwood (GBR) drove Emmy Freeman-Attwood‘s Cor-Leon vd Vlierbeek Z to the first place, the first victory at this level for the son of Calvaro Z.

In Spain, both Mediterranean Equestrian Tour and Valencia Spring Tour were organizing a 3* show. In Oliva, Athina Onassis‘ stallion Cinsey beat our JOC Member Beatrice Mertens‘ Ilex VP by only 31 hundredths and offered its rider Alberto Zorzi his first success since…London Olympia in December 2018!
