[RESULTS] Lisa Lourie crowned on home soil

The very first CSI5* of the year took place this weekend in Wellington, FL, USA. As usual, the Grand Prix was scheduled on Saturday night with 40 contenders jumping over Kelvin Bywater’s course. Nine pairs qualified for the jump-off, but the final battle was between two horses belonging to members of the JOC. In the lead before the last in the ring, the famous grey gelding Clooney 51 ridden by Martin Fuchs had to finally step down, Spy Coast Farm Lisa Lourie‘s Alejandro galloping slightly faster. Congratulations to Lisa and Luigi Baleri, our two members, for this fantastic podium!

In Spain, at the Sunshine Tour in Vejer de la Frontera, it’s been a duel between two Belgians. Jérôme Guéry beats Gudrun Patteet to the victory, riding Gaëtan Decroix and Alexander Oancea‘s bay stallion Quel Homme de Hus.
In Vilamoura (POR), Urh Bauman recorded his very first success in a 3* Grand Prix riding Alojz Bauman‘s Larisal.
